Job Description

AI Product Managers at SEEK specialize in forming a crucial link between our strategy and customer ambitions, leveraging AI and data. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Engineers, and other specialists, to build AI-driven products addressing key customer and business challenges.

The Search squad has significant scope across SEEK's value funnel, responsible for creating value to be efficiently captured through pricing. This team owns the core algorithms that match jobs to searches, powered by AI models. As user expectations evolve with AI-powered experiences, you’ll work closely with the front-end experience team to enhance candidate discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand strategic priorities influencing or depending on Search
• Collaborate with squad leaders to define the product ambitions and strategy
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, constraints, and product partners' priorities
• Align roadmaps, objectives, and key results with stakeholders
• Leverage Search models to frame opportunities
• Engage with current and potential product and AIPS partners to identify collaborative opportunities
• Define and track measures of success, identifying areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills, using a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills for partner and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to inspire and collaborate with technical teams
• Resilience and a proactive approach to get things done
• Proficiency in data and analytics for decision-making
• Eagerness to learn about Strategy, AI, and Software Engineering
