Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept in eliciting and documenting requirements, transforming them into user stories, and collaborating closely with the development team to create mission-critical health IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software agile delivery and sprint team collaboration using agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Over 5 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or product analyst
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare IT programs, healthcare payer data, and business processes
- Proven abilities in analyzing complex business processes and documenting user needs as user story requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to document intricate problems in a comprehensible manner
- Eligibility for U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policies, programs, systems, and data
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and relevant agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CPO, CSM, PSM, SAFe POPM)
- Experience with Electronic Data Interface (EDI) processing, including 270/271 transactions and/or other X12 data formats
- Experience with Federal Healthcare IT Projects or other government contracts
- Proficiency in business process modeling and developing concepts of operation for complex systems
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop or enhance products
- Utilize Agile methodologies for incremental software delivery ensuring end-to-end user experience
- Work with Product Owners, Managers, designers, and other stakeholders to capture and define robust product requirements
- Conduct policy analysis to develop and adapt business requirements
- Engage in product analysis sessions, user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback
- Implement and accept user stories with the sprint team as defined
- Develop Change Requests and follow change control policies and procedures

Public Trust Clearance
This role requires the candidate to attain public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is necessary to qualify for the clearance sponsorship.
