Job Summary

We are actively seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating user-centered designs, translating complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. If you are passionate about design, adept at solving user experience problems, and have startup experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly product interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product design elements.
• Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and testing results.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Present and communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user interface (UI) design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
