About the Role

We are seeking talented Machine Learning Engineers passionate about scaling and automating our infrastructure as we expand our customer base and data processing capabilities. This pivotal role will place you in the heart of our expanding commercial deployments team, tasked with supporting our revenue growth through cutting-edge analytics and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models to deliver tangible value to our customers.
• Build and manage robust cloud infrastructure, including computing, storage, network, and security.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerize applications to ensure seamless deployment.
• Maintain system up-time, reliability, and security while optimizing costs.
• Monitor and test global application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and collaborate with the software engineering team to implement solutions.
• Advocate for continuous system and operational improvements during feature and project discussions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning and data processing.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale cloud infrastructures using tools like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and technologies like Chef, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, CloudFormation, and SaltStack.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, Postgres, InfluxDB, or MongoDB.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and KubeFlow.
• Background in time series analysis, Gaussian processes, hidden Markov models, and/or variational inference.
• Direct experience working with enterprise customers.
