Customer Service Specialist (Spanish and English)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering superior customer experiences via phone and email for both individual and business clients
  • Registering patients and helping them find physical clinics
  • Booking appointments with various clinics
  • Collecting feedback from clients and doctors
  • Handling complaints and addressing consultation issues
  • Managing medical documentation circulation properly

Requirements

  • Native Serbian speaker
  • Empathetic, understanding, and discreet
  • Accurate and well-organized
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer or patient service
