About The Role

Join our esteemed client in the hospitality industry as a Machine Learning Engineer. Key Responsibilities

• ML Pipeline Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable cloud-based pipelines for training, deploying, inferring, and monitoring machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration into the business operations.
• Model Design & Evaluation: Build and evaluate predictive models and algorithms that align with organizational strategic objectives, leveraging expertise in model design, training, validation, and implementation.
• Data Management: Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Manage data pipelines and workflows to ensure optimal model performance.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Develop monitoring systems to track ML model performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Exploratory Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis on large datasets to identify trends and opportunities, using visualization techniques to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Infrastructure & Best Practices: Make informed decisions on infrastructure and ensure that code and models adhere to best practices in Responsible and Explainable AI.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, drive code reviews and stay updated with the latest research and technologies in the ML engineering community.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, ensuring transparency and alignment with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building, evaluating, scaling, and deploying ML pipelines, preferably within Google Cloud Platform and Databricks.
• Proficient in Python, data manipulation tools (SQL, Spark, Pandas), and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and data visualization tools for effective communication.
• Expertise in AI/ML model design, frameworks, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and the ability to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Strong team collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
