Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address real-world business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business goals, and deliver tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Explore and experiment with cutting-edge machine learning techniques, frameworks, and libraries to enhance model performance and accuracy.
• Optimize and scale machine learning algorithms for efficient handling of large datasets.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the quality and reliability of AI/ML models.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning research and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized areas of machine learning.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code review.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
