Turbit Systems GmbH, a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Engineer to join our team. We develop and research AI services for renewable energy assets, contributing to the efficient and sustainable energy of the future.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers succeed with our AI monitoring system. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and analyzing faults, failures, and anomalies using Turbit's AI monitoring system.
• Preparing technical summaries of analyses and discussing them with our customers, managing and documenting the process.
• Regular communication and support to maximize customer benefits from Turbit.
• Planning, scheduling, and executing regular customer workshops.
• Managing support tickets and customer communications.
• Continuously improving customer onboarding and success processes.
• Educating customers on using our software with tailored engagement.
• Creating and enhancing teaching material.
• Escalating complex issues to senior team members, Sales, or the technical team.
• Making an impact on hundreds of wind turbines in Germany and beyond.

Qualifications

We are searching for someone with the following qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering) or related fields.
• Passion and motivation to bring value to customers and act independently.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Strong analytical thinking skills demonstrated in previous experiences.
• Ability to find solutions in difficult situations.
• Basic knowledge of data science and data analytics with a desire to learn more.
• Open personality with positive charisma.
• A passion for renewable energy.
