The Mission

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will build machine learning models and innovative web applications that bring the power of Generative AI to our customers. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to drive technical designs and implementations.

Core Responsibilities

We are seeking strong Machine Learning Engineers at various levels to join our team and develop innovative Generative AI solutions for our clients:

• Define the roadmap for generating various content types, including text, images, audio, and video, enabling brand-affinitized, hyper-personalized, and safe content creation.
• Oversee the delivery of key business, product, and technology initiatives, from design and specification through development, testing, and launch.
• Establish and implement processes for model training, fine-tuning, testing, and operating Generative AI models at scale.
• Investigate, prototype, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with other engineers, product teams, and business teams to identify new ways to enhance our product and drive growth.
• Promote a data-driven development culture through the definition, tracking, and operationalization of feature, product, and company-level metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in building and evolving ML Training and Inferencing systems at significant scale to solve real-world problems.
• 2+ years of experience in designing, building, and scaling systems for training, testing, and running Machine Learning models at scale.
• Proven track record of developing new ideas or enhancing existing ones in machine learning, demonstrated through first-author publications or projects.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ (or equivalent).
• Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules, with a passion for prototyping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with platforms like AzureML, GCP Vertex, AWS Sagemaker, or similar.
• Hands-on experience deploying and tuning Generative AI models in the cloud or locally.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Publications and research experience in ML venues and/or vision/language applications.
