Your Role: AI Content Product Lead
We’re seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Lead to shape the future of our AI training catalog. You’ll drive thought leadership, form strategic partnerships, and support our sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML, a strong engineering background, and a proven record in online training and developer advocacy.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and execute the vision for Udacity's AI training catalog.
- Identify emerging AI/ML trends to keep Udacity at the industry's forefront.
- Align product strategy with company goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Thought Leadership:
- Represent Udacity as an AI industry thought leader.
- Speak at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Publish articles, whitepapers, and blog posts on AI advancements.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Form and maintain partnerships with tech giants like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, and OpenAI.
- Collaborate with partners on training programs and certifications.
- Utilize partnerships to enhance Udacity's AI curriculum.
Client-Facing Engagement:
- Understand and tailor solutions to clients' AI training needs.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
- Help close deals by showcasing Udacity's expertise in AI education.
Product Development:
- Lead development and continuous improvement of AI training programs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to create high-quality content.
- Cater to both individual learners and enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of AI/ML experience with a strong engineering background.
- Proven experience in online training or developer advocacy.
- Established network with notable tech companies.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements and publications.
- Strategic thinking and vision-setting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Passion for education and commitment to Udacity’s mission.
Location
This is a remote role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA on a full-time basis.
Compensation
The salary for this position is up to $185,000, commensurate with experience and location. Additional benefits include a discretionary bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
