About the Role

As a Senior/Staff Machine Learning & Backend Engineer, you will work directly with Venturi’s co-founders, taking a leadership role in significant parts of their technology and product development. You will also play a crucial role in expanding the engineering team.

Current Openings

• Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer: Lead ML pipelines and optimize LLMs.
• Senior/Staff Backend Engineer: Develop backend systems and shape engineering processes from infrastructure to web server design.
• Product Engineer: Take ownership of product development from start to finish.
