Contribute to fine-tuning hyperparameters, setting up single sign-on (SSO), and integrating third-party applications like JIRA and Zendesk with Amazon Q.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up Amazon Q and ingest data from enterprise data sources using Amazon Q connectors.
• Fine-tune Amazon Q hyperparameters to align with end-user expectations.
• Implement SSO for Amazon Q to ensure user access via existing Amazon IDP (Identity Provider).
• Integrate Amazon Q with third-party applications such as JIRA, Zendesk, etc.
