Your Mission:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions;
Communicate clearly and effectively;
Have a solid quantitative (math and statistics) background and experience in programming and data manipulation;
Be proficient in efficiently manipulating data and creating data visualizations to explain your analyses and conclusions to a non-technical audience, as well as contextualize storytelling (data storytelling);
Work with structured and unstructured data;
Continually seek to enhance your knowledge and skills;
You need to have practical experience with:
- Understanding and defining business KPIs
- Identifying and analyzing problems, defining and testing hypotheses.
- Statistically supporting theses or discoveries, you must have logical reasoning
- Programming languages, preferably, Python
- Developing implementations in Analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), A/B testing tools and other technologies according to the defined metrics plan;
- Creating data-driven narratives and effectively communicating new discoveries using data visualization for various audiences in a PDCA cycle
- Conduct exploratory data analysis for product improvement suggestions
- Experience in generating reports and developing dashboards for business monitoring (Preferably in Power BI).
