Job Description

Hamdan Resources is actively seeking a skilled Administrator with expertise in Acquia and Akamai technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of content management systems (CMS) and content delivery networks (CDN). This role focuses on optimizing performance, security, and reliability utilizing Acquia and Akamai solutions.

This position demands strong technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to administration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Acquia (CMS) and Akamai (CDN) solutions to enhance network performance, scalability, and security.
• Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect infrastructure from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats using Acquia and Akamai security features.
• Assess, audit, and report on security controls, including continuous monitoring in accordance with FedRAMP cloud-security practices.
• Investigate and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity, utilizing Acquia and Akamai diagnostic tools and best practices.
• Optimize configurations and settings to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate regular reports on performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects, provide technical guidance, and share expertise in Acquia and Akamai technologies.

Clearance

Eligibility to hold a Public Trust clearance is required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a college degree.
• Proven experience as an Administrator with specialized expertise in Acquia and Akamai technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking standards and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL, and other Internet technologies.
• Experience deploying and managing Acquia Cloud Platform, Acquia Site Factory, Akamai Content Delivery Network (CDN), and Akamai Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Acquia Certified Developer (ACD) and Akamai Certified Edge Delivery Professional (ACEDP) are preferred.
