About the Role

We are currently seeking an AI, Data, and Digital Architect to lead the design, architecture, and global implementation of innovative digital and data products, as well as AI solutions. This role is pivotal to our AI, Data, Visualization, and Digital Health team, focusing on developing technology solutions that enhance organizational value, efficiency, and engagement.

The architect will spearhead AI platform initiatives, scaling opportunities to maximize the value of AI/GenAI. If you are passionate about building AI/Generative AI applications and possess strong leadership skills to implement advanced AI techniques, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and direct AI/GenAI technical and architectural vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate vision into practical technical implementations, addressing misaligned initiatives.
• Contribute to architecting a comprehensive AI framework to support GenAI solutions.
• Select appropriate technologies and enable platforms for global strategic AI/GenAI programs.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team on Application, Data, and Digital initiatives.
• Gather inputs from stakeholders to align technical implementations with requirements.
• Oversee AI/GenAI program execution using agile methodology.
• Work with security and risk leaders to foresee and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Educate AI, data, and digital product managers on the potential and limitations of AI/GenAI.

This hybrid role requires three days on-site at our Marlborough, MA, or Twin Cities, MN, office locations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture experience.
• 5+ years in AI, data, and digital environments.
• 5+ years in application architecture analysis, design, and delivery.
• 5+ years of full system development life cycle implementations.
• Ability to create implementation roadmaps to achieve future states.
• Proficient in designing architectures for complex solutions using approved technologies.
• Ability to explain architecture principles across multiple domains in IT and non-IT terms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Proficient in implementing cloud-based AI/ML workloads.
