About the Role:

As an AI Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in the lifecycle of AI projects—from conceptualization through deployment. Your technical skills will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing algorithms.
• Engage in research to discover and apply cutting-edge AI techniques and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and software developers to amalgamate AI capabilities into existing systems and applications.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of AI models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Remain abreast of the latest AI technologies and methodologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our product offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proficient knowledge in various machine learning techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, as well as deep learning.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Azure Cognitive Services.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and familiarity with Langchain, Chroma DB, Pinecone.
• A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a knack for analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Strong communication talents to effectively collaborate in team settings and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proven track record in delivering AI projects from inception to production in fast-paced environments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in AI development focusing on machine learning and deep learning.
