Your Role and Responsibilities

The Intelligent Assistance Solution (IAS) Team at Pfizer builds, delivers, and maintains products enabling business units to maximize value from AI technologies. We seek an AI Product Engineer to lead projects and create product roadmaps for AI/GenAI solutions, ensuring these services evolve and scale across the enterprise. Your expertise in Machine Learning, Microservices Architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD in multi-cloud environments will be pivotal.

What You'll Achieve

• Develop and deliver technical and functional roadmaps for AI/GenAI products.
• Drive delivery efforts in Generative AI, Conversational AI, Language Translation, and Machine Learning.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement and deliver services efficiently.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging digital technologies.
• Guide and oversee a team of contractors.
• Lead and monitor program progress, removing barriers and ensuring value alignment with business goals.
• Partner with key stakeholders and strategic partners across Pfizer Digital.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in enterprise software solutions and 3+ years in AI/ML platforms, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Experience managing technical and software development teams.
• Proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as Pyspark, Tensorflow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and micro-service design patterns.
• Knowledge of database systems and deployment of ML/AI models.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Advisor/Consultancy skills with specialization in technical aspects.
• Deep understanding of Conversational UI, AI technologies, and best practices.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
