Job Role: AI Research Scientist – LLM Agent

Job Description

You will dive into the complex world of Large Language Models (LLM) and work towards addressing both academic and industrial challenges in AI. Your role involves innovative efforts in applying Bosch’s in-house LLM Agent technologies and integrating solutions to enhance Bosch's products and services across various functions such as information retrieval, question answering, and more.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in computer science or engineering.
• At least 3 years of research experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and related fields.
• Demonstrated ability in working with large language models and developing agent-based applications.
• Proficiency in state-of-the-art NLP/AI libraries and toolkits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong publication record in renowned NLP/AI venues such as ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, TACL, AAAI, NIPS, etc.
• Experience in R&D related to LLM-based agents, task planning, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-modal foundation models, low-resource NLP, and explainable NLP.
