AI Researcher/ Research Scientist

Job Description Join our team and contribute to the development of our globally recognized core diagnostic technology, which offers students an efficient learning journey through swift and precise diagnoses. We research and design AI models used in B2B and B2C products. Our focus areas include: - Time Series Data Modeling - Recommendation System - Tabular Data Modeling - Data Debiasing In this role, you won't just be researching, but also participating in strategizing the product environment and designing data collection methods for the optimal operation of the developed model, thereby making ongoing, direct contributions to the product. Qualifications We seek someone who: - Has fundamental Python and open-source frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) development skills. - Can swiftly comprehend, explain, and implement machine learning papers. - Has excellent knowledge of linear algebra and statistics. - Is proficient in programming and version control for rapid research prototyping. - Can present modeling suitable for solving current problems instead of pursuing the latest flashy technology. - Can effectively document the research process and results and has clear communication skills. It will be advantageous if you: - Hold a master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience. - Have experience in Recommendation System related projects. - Have published papers in top-tier ML conferences (ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, KDD, SIGIR, CIKM, RecSys, etc.). - Have won awards in AI-related challenges (Kaggle, Hackathon, etc.). - Possess extensive understanding and experience in Causal Inference. - Can communicate fluently in English.
