About the Role

As part of our dynamic SAAT, your mission will be to contribute to the development of:

• Sophisticated performance scorecards,
• Pre-sales and financial forecasting tools,
• Advanced project management, test automation, and continuous improvement tools,
• A modernized common data lake with comprehensive data modeling practices.

Educational Requirements

Candidates currently enrolled in year 3 or 4 of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer System Engineering, or a related field at an accredited school in Canada are encouraged to apply. Holding a Master's degree will be considered a plus.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an AI/ML Developer Co-op/Intern, you will:

• Play a significant role in our strategic transformation,
• Be part of an Agile software development team,
• Analyze and estimate new tasks while efficiently communicating progress,
• Work closely with technical experts to achieve committed objectives,
• Actively create and monitor ML pipelines, making necessary adjustments.

Desired Skills

Our ideal candidate has:

• Fluency in English (speaking, reading & writing),
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills,
• Experience with Python or another scripting language,
• A strong understanding of Machine Learning techniques and algorithms.

Additional valuable experiences include:

• Understanding of source control mechanisms like Git,
• Basic knowledge of data management tools and databases,
• A self-learning attitude and openness to new challenges,
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a drive to tackle new problems.
