About the Role: Analyst II, Data Operations

As an essential part of our team, the Data Operations Specialist focuses on enhancing and perfecting manual processes. This role involves processing opt-out and research requests, managing data workflows, and collaborating with both internal and external groups to meet ongoing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Process opt-out and research requests promptly within service level agreements (SLAs).

- Monitor and maintain the integrity of data workflows and supply chains.

- Enhance the efficiency of manual operations by updating scripts and identifying automation opportunities.

- Collaborate with related groups to ensure seamless business operations.

- Analyze large datasets to assess fill rates, data quality, and consistency.

- Participate in agile teams, employing lean principles and SCRUM methodologies.

What You'll Need

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferable.

- 1-3 years of experience with SQL and Python.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with teammates.

- Prior experience in operations is an asset.
