About the Role:

As the ANZ Agronomy Technology & Data Analyst, you will lead strategic digital transformation initiatives in agriculture for McCain ANZ. Your role will focus on:

• Understanding current processes to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Global Product Owners.
• Driving the adoption of new initiatives with a structured change management approach.
• Leading innovation in data analytics to support decision-making and agricultural strategies.
• Liaising regularly with the Ag management team to identify and implement growth opportunities.
• Coordinating with SMEs across ANZ to ensure successful product launches.

About You:

You are ideally equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. Experience as a data analyst in agriculture or manufacturing will be advantageous. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, statistical software (JMP preferred), and programming languages such as R, HTML, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, or SQL. Your strong analytical skills will help in managing data to generate actionable insights, and your ability to travel within ANZ will support our technology implementation and training efforts.
