What You Will Do

As a recognized expert in generative AI, multimodal reasoning, and NLP, you will:

• Lead cutting-edge research to advance the state of the art in multimodal reasoning and generation.
• Design, code, and execute complex experiments with large AI models and data sets.
• Collaborate with a large team to set ambitious, long-term research goals and achieve significant milestones.
• Develop research that integrates seamlessly into Meta's product development.
• Mentor team members and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A PhD in AI, computer vision, or related technical areas.
• Proven background in academia, industry, or government research settings.
• Proficient in machine learning and experienced with large-scale AI model experimentation.
• Eligibility to work in the hiring country at the time of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with generative AI and multimodal systems.
• Advanced programming skills, particularly in Python.
• First author of peer-reviewed AI publications.
