Your Role
As a part of our dynamic and supportive team, you’ll engage with highly intelligent, driven, and diverse colleagues. In the AI Data Org, you will address exhilarating challenges in artificial intelligence and cutting-edge cloud infrastructure. You will create and optimize Generative AI Models for text, speech, vision, and multi-modal use cases and innovate machine learning benchmarking standards to maintain top-tier model and data quality across various verticals including Healthcare and Fusion.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build top-tier Generative AI Models in text, vision, and multimodal settings for synthetic data generation.
- Research and implement advanced techniques (Fine-tuning, RLHF) for aligning generative models to specific problem domains.
- Develop essential tooling for data acquisition, cleaning, augmentation, model training, and visualization.
- Evaluate and implement ML/Deep Learning/GenAI models from research papers and other online resources.
- Optimize models for production use and help deploy generation scenarios in a production setting.
- Develop production code for feature processing, model prediction, serving, and monitoring in real-time and batch scenarios.
- Participate in the complete software lifecycle, including development, testing, CI, and production operations.
- Balance between product feature development and operational concerns, writing run books, ops automation, structured logging, and metrics/event instrumentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, AI, ML, operations research, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years (with Master's) or 3+ years (with Ph.D.) of applying machine learning solutions to real-world problems in the industry.
- Proficient in Python or R.
- Expertise with deep learning libraries such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, or Keras.
- Proficient in NLP, Transformers, Large Language Models, and Hugging Face library.
- Experience with statistical models and Machine Learning solutions (regression, classification, clustering).
- Extensive experience with developing and serving large-scale deep learning models across various data domains.
- Expertise in optimization and scaling ML solutions for business use cases.
- Proficient in traditional ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, and Pandas.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale ML solutions for complex business problems.
- Experience with production operations and best practices for delivering quality code in production environments.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively, both verbally and in written formats (technical proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams, and presentations).
