Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Instructor - UNC Chapel Hill (Remote)

About the Role

2U is in search of a Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence professional who is enthusiastic about making a difference. Our students range from working professionals to recent college graduates aspiring to transition into careers in AI. As an Instructor, you'll directly influence our students' lives.

This is a fully remote, part-time position.

Skills & Requirements

Applicants should have:

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentorship.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Linear Regression, Transformers, and AI applications.
• Personal laptop, camera, and reliable internet access (additional monitor and microphone/headset are recommended).
• A positive attitude and ability to infuse empathy and encouragement into the learning experience.

Logistics

This is a 24-week program with part-time commitments:

• Schedule: M/T/TH OR M/W/TH
• Classes: 6:30 PM - (includes office hours and break)
• Classes are conducted live online

Compensation

The anticipated hourly salary for this role ranges from $43.92/hr to $47.06/hr. Final compensation considers factors including geographic location and prior experience.
