Our Impact

The Quality Assurance (QA) team is dedicated to maintaining account document integrity, risk management, and regulatory compliance. QA works closely with multiple teams, including PWM Compliance, PWM Legal, and other Operations groups to ensure data accuracy and regulatory adherence. In this role, you will handle end-to-end KYC reviews for various entities across ASIA, EMEA, and the US, maintaining the highest quality standards in collaboration with FCC and Operations teams.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Conduct QA checks on various client KYC files (Individuals, Joints, Private Investment Vehicle, Trusts, etc.) as per quality frameworks and meet agreed SLAs.
  • Verify client data, understand KYC operations from various verification processes as per CIP policy, including SOW/SOF, PEP Analysis, and Bearer share analysis.
  • Review ownership unwrapping (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) and related parties according to policy requirements.
  • Identify and highlight procedural requirements for any defects in policies.
  • Stay updated on Regulatory/FCC policy changes and incorporate these into KYC review processes.
  • Complete QA reviews timely while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with PWM CIM Operations, Compliance, and Management to resolve issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for expertise on policies and procedures.
  • Lead discussions on exceptional cases and assist in preparing MIS reports for senior management.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively and develop strategic automated solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Recommend process improvements and conduct training sessions for the operations team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in KYC/AML/CDD - QA/QC/Client Onboarding/Periodic review in banks/KPOs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of client lifecycle processes and various account structures.
  • Ability to independently review, analyze, and identify discrepancies in KYC/CDD files.
  • Excellent understanding of KYC/CDD policies, procedures, and terminologies.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certifications like CAMS, ICAI Certification on KYC/AML are advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
