Job Description

You will join our Information Systems Department, specifically, the corporate architecture team composed of 9 members.

The architecture team is tasked with participating in the deployment of UFF's Data strategy and implementing the data quality approach to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.

You will work closely with the Chief Data Officer and the Data Architect to assist them in implementing this approach and acculturate on the subjects of Data in general.

Your main mission will be to participate in tasks under the Master Plan.

You will participate in the following tasks:

• Contribute to the deployment of the Data strategy, notably the deployment of the Data Governance and the HUB Data which are at the heart of the UFF 2023 / 2026 strategic plan
• Participate in the realization and formalization of the trajectory of Data Governance and the Data Quality approach
• Participate in the implementation of the Data Office
• Participate in workshops and the completion of CRSs
• Contribute to improvement frames and data guidelines applicable within UFF, considering business and regulatory requirements
• Participate in the identification of strategic data, conduct current state analyses, and define quality expectations
• Participate in defining the data scope to be put under quality: identify the data and evaluate user expectations for these data
• Contribute to the creation of the Business Data Glossary, control repository, reporting, and other deliverables related to data knowledge within UFF
• Participate in the activity of evaluating the Data maturity of each of the business divisions
• Engage in tasks of evaluating governance and data quality
• Support sharing and culturalizing Data by ensuring the availability of the Data documentary corpus.

Qualifications

You are studying for a Bac+4/5 in an Engineering school or University (L3/M1/M2) or specializing in Data.

You ideally know the principles and concepts of Data Management: data quality, governance, data life cycle, data management, etc.

You are proficient with the office suite (Excel/VBA, PowerPoint, Word) as well as SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
