Role Purpose
As an Associate-Data Quality at Tesco Bengaluru, you will be integral in managing the data integrity of product information within our systems. This involves identifying discrepancies, developing data cleaning strategies, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product data.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete tasks and transactions within set KPIs, applying fundamental work theories and concepts.
• Develop and implement strategies for data cleaning and migration to assure data integrity.
• Perform data profiling, cleaning, and validation using advanced tools and techniques.
• Maintain active engagement with internal teams across divisions for optimal data management.
• Manage ad hoc administrative and critical business tasks efficiently.
• Ensure high data quality standards that directly impact customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all Tesco policies, including storage, handover protocols, and compliance with our Business Code of Conduct.
• Champion a culture of compliance and integrity within your team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT, commercial teams, and external suppliers.
