Our expert team of over 1000 professionals in the Data Science department is tasked with the pivotal roles of clinical data management, ensuring accurate data capture, storage, analysis, and the impactful use of modeling and AI technologies. The Position

The Associate Director, Data Science Outsourcing Operations, will play a crucial role by acting as the primary liaison with our Clinical Research Organization (CRO) partners. This position focuses on enhancing the operational frameworks, managing risks, and ensuring the alignment of outsourcing strategies with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate advanced operational models and frameworks for outsourcing.
• Establish and maintain robust partnerships with external CRO partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement in outsourcing practices.
• Lead risk assessment and management activities in cooperation with CRO partners to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in pharmaceutical operations and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in outsourcing operations, with a proactive approach towards operational excellence.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $210,000, plus performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.
