Job Description

Our Evaluation Services department produces independent, trusted, and actionable ratings and insights that enable all companies to continuously improve their sustainable business practices, ultimately contributing to a positive global change.

In this role, you are responsible for conducting appropriate research to properly classify companies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Classification and Qualification of companies
  • Respond autonomously to escalations from internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange via emails or calls/meetings
  • Assist on projects to improve existing processes
  • Ensure team’s compliance to defined processes and best practices
  • Contribute and participate in the Data Management Operations Management Review

Qualifications

  • HSC holder
  • 6 months experience in data research and data management related processes would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel would be an advantage
  • Must be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
  • Able to work flexible hours to support the team, while maintaining work-life balance.

Required skills:

  • Understanding of business processes
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-sufficient and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, take initiatives and adhere to strict guidelines / instructions
