Responsibilities

Enterprise-Level Data Architecture

Drive the architectural decisions for our Data Platform, ensuring robust, scalable solutions in collaboration with database architects and cross-functional teams.

Data Integration and Modeling

Define and execute data models essential for seamless integration, prioritizing consistency, and compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement effective ETL processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Create strategic reporting solutions and dashboards, work collaboratively to gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support critical decision-making processes.

Quality Assurance

Enhance data integrity through rigorous quality checks in line with established data governance frameworks.

Performance Tuning

Optimize and refine BI solutions, focusing on advanced querying and reporting performance, in collaboration with technical infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in BI Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiar with databases like SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and SSRS is essential.
• Understanding of healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with clinical data and healthcare environments.
• Knowledge in cloud-based data solutions and advanced analytics concepts.

Salary: Competitive package including 114-145K base + 15% STIP.
