Key Responsibilities:

As a Data & Insight Analyst at Cotiviti, you will:

• Develop and architect advanced analytics and reporting solutions.
• Handle hands-on development and implementation using tools like JasperSoft and Business Objects.
• Utilize SQL expertise across databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Design and integrate solutions leveraging Hadoop and various open source tools like Pig, Hive, and Python.
• Drive automation and enhance the functionality of existing reporting systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to best practices in design and code.
• Facilitate organizational change and communication to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving and critical decision-making.
• Maintain essential project documentation and contribute to open source projects.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in advanced analytics and 3 years in a consulting or data architecture role.
• Strong familiarity with Agile processes and multiple scripting languages such as Groovy and Python.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively on diverse teams.

Location: Applicants must be able to commute to our Mexico City office.

Compensation:

Base salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $40,000 pesos per month, depending on experience, education, and other factors.
