The Team

The Product Operations Team at CF Benchmarks ensures the seamless operation of our index product suite, coordinating quarterly index rebalances, data analysis, and process management. The team also assesses operational processes to manage risks effectively.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Blockchain Data Specialist - Index Operations based in the United States. You will:

• Manage the firm's index operations to ensure methodologies are consistent and data production is smooth.
• Develop scalable and compliant procedures.
• Map data flows and collaborate with teams for data collection, analysis, and distribution.
• Ensure robust administration supports new product rollouts.
• Analyze and plan future operational capabilities.
• Automate internal and external data management processes.
• Coordinate and execute operational tasks, including reconstitutions and rebalances.
• Work with product and engineering teams to automate tasks as needed.
• Support product development functions for accurate methodology documentation.
• Assist Sales and senior management with client data queries and quantitative analysis.

Skills You Should HODL

• BSc or equivalent (MSc preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a quantitative work environment.
• Strong proficiency with Python.
• Experience and knowledge of digital assets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle competing priorities.
• Expertise in data gathering, processing, and management.
• Solution-oriented, proactive self-starter.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and blockchain data best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with diverse personalities.
• Deep knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
