We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Jr. Account Executive) to join our Analytics Customer Success team. The Jr. Account Executive manages analytical deliveries for small and medium accounts, as well as supports the team in developing presentations and market analysis for clients of greater representativeness. In this position our associate seeks to provide actionable insights and recommendations, contributing to the growth and development of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analyzes according to the client's brief, using the internal tools of NIQ, and knowing the customer's history (categories, brands, performance, etc.)
  • Update routine presentations, preparing overviews and business issues, receiving guidance in more strategic cases, as well as suggesting and developing measurement exercises
  • Meet customer requests according to agreed deadlines and quality level, internally redirecting requests out of scope, and offering visibility to managers and internal partners on critical themes (questions, requests, etc)
  • Support and monitor the progress of topics on analytical quality of low and medium complexity (ex: revisions, validations, issues)
  • Conduct training with clients, as well as guide on the correct process of requests

Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree (preferably in International Relations, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related courses)
  • Prior experience with data analysis in Market Intelligence is essential
  • Desirable experience in the FMCG market
  • Basic knowledge of the macroeconomic scenario
  • Mastery of Office Package (mainly Excel and Power Point)
  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI and NielsenIQ tools
  • Intermediate English
  • Strong analysis and communication skills are essential for the position
