The Business Intelligence area is responsible for providing insights and data analysis to support the company's strategic decision making, especially looking at the agro market as a whole. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for collecting, manipulating, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights to the business, in addition to creating and maintaining the organization's marketing data visualization environment (dashboards).
Job Description
The Business Intelligence area is responsible for providing insights and data analysis to support the company's strategic decision-making, especially looking at the agro market as a whole. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for collecting, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights to the business, in addition to creating and maintaining the organization's marketing data visualization environment (dashboards).
Activities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide valuable insights and information to the company;
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (especially Qlik Sense);
- Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and provide BI solutions;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in BI processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Communicate insights and information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience dealing with business intelligence/data visualization tools (Qlik Sense will be a differential);
- Solid knowledge in office package tools (Advanced Excel is a differential);
- Knowledge in the construction of s, data manipulation and modeling (SQL and/or Alteryx will be differentials);
- Ability to deal with complex business problems and propose effective solutions;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Preferred training, but not restricted to, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related areas.
