About the Role:

The Business Intelligence Developer (Project-Based) plays a vital part in our strategy by gathering and analyzing key data to drive informed decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze vast datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through consistent data validation processes.
• Communicate technical data insights to diverse audiences via reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role, delivering crucial data insights.
• Proven expertise with Tableau and an understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong presentation skills, comfortable with cross-functional team discussions.
• Experience in determining user requirements and translating them into actionable data outputs.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SQL, data engineering pipelines, Databricks, or SaaS products.
• Background in multi-family housing, real estate, or document verification industries.
