Business Intelligence Engineer (Power BI) Job Offer at ING

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements

• Maintaining existing dashboards and reporting solutions

• Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience with Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server, including dashboard access administration
• Proficiency in working with data from various sources such as SQL Server Database, SharePoint, JSON, flat files, Excel, and APIs
• An understanding of data cleansing and preparation for efficient data modeling
• Familiarity with Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric, and Agile methodologies
• A strong desire to develop and improve the Business Intelligence environment

Preferred Extras

Extra points if you have:

• Microsoft certification in domains like Power BI, MS Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineering, or Azure Administration
• Knowledge of Azure, including Azure Automation, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
• A background in Data Engineering or Data Science
• The ability to proactively introduce improvements and innovations
• A knack for finding alternative solutions and attention to detail
• An open-minded attitude, eagerness to learn, face new challenges, and develop cooperation with colleagues from other ING Group units
