You are a curious team player who loves exploring data to frame and solve business problems. You enjoy crafting compelling visualizations to bring data to life and help business stakeholders understand the story the data tells. Your ability to collaborate with multiple teams is vital in this role.

We use agile methodologies and leverage cloud-based technologies like Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma for data loading, extraction, transformation, and visualization.

Job Responsibilities

• Extract data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and maintain data quality.
• Develop both back-end and front-end components for tools and visualizations to surface insights into operational health.
• Consult with partners to define initiative success and align business objectives with metrics.
• Independently plan and execute work with strategic input and tactical guidance from leadership.
• Focus on back-end engineering, analysis/visualization, or leading a scrum team as a product owner based on business needs and your skills.

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in quantitative disciplines (Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics).
• 8+ years of professional experience in a data analytics environment.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousing tools and techniques.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data warehouse schemas and objects.
• Proficiency in relational databases, BI tools, ETL processes, OLAP technologies, and coding for data extraction (e.g., SQL, R, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience with Data Visualization/BI Tools like Tableau or Sigma.
• Excellent report creation and data synthesis skills.
• Proven ability to influence diverse audiences and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile scrum environment.
