About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Process Expert (m/f/d) to enhance our supply chain operations. This full-time, temporary role, based at our Hamburg headquarters, offers a unique opportunity to influence and optimize cross-divisional and global business processes.

Key Responsibilities

In your new role, you will:

  • Lead the technical management of key users and develop comprehensive training materials and documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to refine processes, identify problem areas, and implement improvement measures.
  • Identify and address change requirements and technical needs for new and existing processes, systems, and functions, ensuring cross-departmental implementation.
  • Manage the agreed-upon requirements budget independently and responsibly.
  • Foster professional and methodological exchange among process participants and work closely with central process management.
  • Contribute to projects as a subject matter expert and lead sub-projects when necessary.

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed studies in logistics/supply chain management or equivalent training with multiple years of professional experience, ideally in a retail/logistics setting.
  • Strong technical expertise in retail logistics, materials management, and inventory management, along with hands-on experience in project work and process environments (development, modeling, documentation, simulation, implementation, and optimization).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP MM, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, a rapid grasp of new concepts, and a structured, conscientious, and independent work approach in fast-paced environments.
  • A communicative, motivated, and team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
