Key Responsibilities:

• Forge a strong partnership with the North America Claims Strategic Planning and Execution team to craft and refine our strategic direction, aligning with overarching corporate goals.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into strategic data to uncover patterns and opportunities, directly impacting operational efficiency across 20+ departments.
• Create robust data models and deploy advanced statistical techniques to synthesize actionable insights that support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Deliver critical insights that aid the executive leadership in shaping the strategic landscape of our business operations.
• Design and maintain essential reports and leverage cutting-edge technology to monitor progress towards strategic objectives.
• Utilize your expertise in data visualization to present compelling stories that drive strategic actions and decisions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements, applying your findings to optimize strategies and operations.
• Lead and mentor team members, enhancing their capabilities and contributing to their professional growth within the company.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree, with a preference for specialties in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or similar fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in business strategy, data analysis, or operational reporting, ideally within the Insurance or Financial Services industries.
• Demonstrable proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Qlik, R, Power BI, Snowflake, Python.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite applications and familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Appian).
• Exceptional analytical thinking with proven ability to discern patterns in complex data.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional leadership.
• Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects with outstanding time management skills.
