About the Position: Data Analytics Senior Consultant II

The Data Analytics Senior Consultant II is crucial in leveraging data and analytics to address complex questions and influence business strategies. This role involves communicating findings to senior management, setting standards for data handling, and mentoring less experienced analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compiles, cleans, and analyzes complex data to inform business results
  • Establishes and communicates standards for data processes including retrieval, manipulation, quality, reporting, and analytics
  • Coaches and develops less experienced analysts from a data and analytics perspective
  • Makes data insights accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • Offers technical expertise and monitors business initiatives, providing evaluations and recommendations
  • Communicates project information to teams and presents updates to management
  • Influences business strategy through robust data analysis

Education and Experience

  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in programming languages like SQL and R
  • General insurance knowledge

Additional Information

This description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be required. Regular, predictable attendance is essential. Compensation for this role ranges from $70,500 to $144,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
