Job Description -The Data Chapter Domain We offer and cultivate expertise that enables BD & Bosch to optimize the use of data as business assets. -The Data Analytics Chapter We cultivate expertise for exploring and examining vast datasets to expose hidden patterns, unseen trends, uncover correlations, and harvest valuable insights (Prediction/Prescription) for making business decisions. -As Data Analytics Chapter Lead You will be responsible for fostering functional excellence within your Chapter; thus, you ensure that we do "the thing right"; you actively contribute in a Squad with 50% of your capacity. -As a functional excellence master, you: Ensure that your specific Chapter attains functional mastery. Translate functional priorities into training and enablement of your Chapter. Implement and ensure consistency of standards and governance, drive methodological approaches. -As people developer, you: Ensure necessary resources are available at the required skill level for BD teams, manage capacity through recruitment & upskilling. Ensure excellent onboarding experience for newcomers and talent retention. Lead Chapter Member and ensure their continuous development. Align and grow new areas of expertise within your Chapter. Create an open and inspiring environment for learning and innovation. -As a communicator, you: Represent the Chapter within the Chapter Area or within the Tribe/Alliance. Act as an expert and digital thought leader to assist alliance and Tribe Leads in identifying the necessary expertise. Promote and drive agile ways of working. Encourage exchange and collaboration to create alignment within the Chapter. You are interested in leading methodological approaches and standards. -Your experience and know-how: You have more than 1 year of leadership experience (e.g., project management, line management, etc.) in the IT or software industry (with a focus on technology and business) preferably with financial business responsibility. You are an expert in the Chapter’s area of expertise. You have a solid understanding of customer requirements, trends, methodologies, tools, standards, and processes in the relevant area of expertise. You have experience of working in an agile environment with agile methodologies. You have experience in defining and setting standards as well as refining methodological approaches within Chapter´s area of expertise. You have expertise in data science or analytics. Experience working with Jupyter-notebook and Python is beneficial. -Your educational background: You have a university degree in information technology, software engineering, or comparable subjects. -Your language skills: Excellent command of English is required, and proficiency in German is advantageous.
