About the Role – Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a pivotal leadership role in bridging our visionary goals with the requisite technology. Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team, you will develop and execute our technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Shape and lead the technical direction of the company, crafting and implementing a comprehensive technical roadmap.
• Define technical strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure sustainable growth.
• Oversee architectural decisions ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and sustain a high-performance development team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent.

Project Leadership

• Plan and manage the execution of complex projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Implement best practices in project management, including Agile methodologies.

Support Sales and Marketing

• Provide technical expertise to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
• Offer technical support during sales pitches and client meetings.

Strategic Roadmap Supervision

• Monitor and adjust the roadmap to meet evolving business needs.
• Regularly review and update the technical roadmap based on feedback and market changes.
• Ensure alignment between technical and business goals.

Technology Adoption

Requirements

AI/ML Expertise

• Proven experience with AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data processing.

Educational Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Leadership Experience

• Minimum of four years in a senior technological leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong background in software engineering and infrastructure.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable software systems.

Team Management

• Proven success in building and managing high-performing development teams.
• Experience fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Blockchain Knowledge

• Comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Familiarity with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).

Cryptocurrency Proficiency
