Commercial Business Intelligence Analyst

You will play an essential part in developing the digital identity verification industry, promoting transparency through data and insights. Your main priorities will include identifying areas to enhance our processes with data, proactively finding insights to improve business performance, automating reports, and managing analytics-related projects. You will also handle ad hoc stakeholder requests. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring our dashboards are maintained and monitored for timely insights delivery - Upholding high data quality standards and promoting visibility through proper documentation - Assisting the team in managing requests from our ticketing system - Creating and monitoring data alerts to identify potential issues requiring attention - Proactively analysing data that could benefit stakeholders and formulating recommendations. You are the right candidate for us if you have: - A proven record of deriving actionable insights from data - Intermediate or advanced SQL skills (Python proficiency is desirable) - At least 3 years' experience in an Analytics or Business Intelligence role - Proficiency in data visualization using tools such as Tableau - Familiarity with leading trends and best practices in Business Intelligence - Strong communication skills: the ability to clearly and succinctly convey findings, both verbally and visually - A collaborative and open-minded approach with a ‘customer first’ attitude that allows you to deliver optimal outcomes in face of inter-team collaboration and competing priorities.
