Are you a seasoned commercial analytics professional with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven insights? We are seeking a Commercial Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in boosting sales, improving efficiency, and maximizing margins through comprehensive business performance analysis for our international organization.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced commercial analytics expert who thrives in digital Go To Market functions. You will have the chance to create and deliver timely, actionable insights into business performance, market trends, customer behaviors, and marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various internal stakeholder teams including Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, Lifecycle, and Partnerships.
• Analyze and report metrics impacting business performance across all our key markets.
• Provide insights into growth drivers and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment that promotes skillset enhancement and career growth.

Our hybrid working model includes a minimum of three days a week at our global headquarters in Solihull, UK.

What We Are Looking For

• Significant experience in an apparel-based business.
• Extensive experience with both e-commerce and physical retail models.
• Exceptional SQL skills with a deep understanding of database structures.
• Ability to present key business information confidently to senior leadership.
• Clear and concise communication style to convey complex issues simply.
• Proficiency in mathematical/statistical methods; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Understanding of core KPIs for measuring success in an e-commerce apparel business.
