Job Description

As a Compliance Reporting/Data Visualization Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating/modifying reports based on the specifications supplied by the Head of Regulatory Reporting Factory and the data available in Natixis tools
• Assisting different business lines / Compliance officers, both domestically and internationally, in identifying their reporting needs and automating report production
• Engaging in the development of measurement indicators (KPI / KRI), their execution, collection, consolidation, and delivery to Compliance officers
• Generating and distributing regular or custom reports
• Providing regulatory reports to regulators, general audit, and Natixis' corporate governance
• Maintaining regular interactions with IT teams and Business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Technical skills:

• Considerable experience in report design via BI/reporting tools:
  • Required: Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Query, etc.)
  • Preferred: DAX Studio
• Proficiency in Excel (Macros implementation, Pivot table) and Office Suite
• Understanding of Compliance functions and internal controls will be highly valued
• Experience within the banking sector, particularly in CIB, is appreciated
• Knowledge of programming languages (VBA/SQL language) will be advantageous

Soft skills:

• Fluent English (essential)
• Good level of French is desirable.

• Organized and able to work independently

Tomorrow, you'll complete a certified technical training session, after which you'll work from home the following day, taking the opportunity to finally undertake that online course on Udemy. Once your tasks for the day are complete, you could drop by the office for a board game session, join a rehearsal of one of Natixis' bands, hit the surf with colleagues, or play a football match.
