We are currently seeking talented individuals for the position of Service Hub Intern at our facilities in Querétaro. Our focus is on fostering candidate development, continuous improvement, and enhancing our processes and methods. The intern will undergo a mentoring process to acquire and develop the necessary skills for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating reports based on client visits.
- Developing solutions and proposals for events and demos.
- Verifying the correct functioning of robotic equipment.
- Inventory control.
- Diagnosing and repairing robotic equipment as needed.
- Implementing quality standards.
- Applying 5S principles during activities and processes.
- Collaborating in product demonstrations, tests, analysis, and providing technical support.
- Demonstrating technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Contacting clients regarding inquiries or concerns on our portal.
Minimum Requirements
- Active student in fields such as Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar.
- 6 months of relevant experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Python.
- Expected graduation no earlier than May 2024.
Preferred Requirements
- Portuguese proficiency.
- Knowledge of PLC programming.
- Experience with Java.
- Optional insurance.
