Job Title: Coordinator, Product Data Management A little bit about our team: The Product Data Management Team, part of the Global Data Operations, collaborates with regional Labels and other Product Data Management personnel and supports regional product data standards. We contribute to IT projects impacting the Label Copy application, GCDM (Global Content Data Management), and provide label support when entering Label Copy into GCDM. Your role: We continuously refine, enhance, and administer new data standards. We assist new affiliates with training so they can set up releases according to our standards. Here's what you’ll do: - Enter label copy into Global Content Data Management (GCDM). - Review data quality reports and update GCDM to maintain a quality data pool for WMG. - Assist Labels in tailoring label copy to WMG standards. - Contact labels to obtain missing information required for a release in GCDM. - Follow up metadata issues with various Digital Service Providers. - Engage in special projects related to product data maintenance. - Educate and document procedures related to Product Data Management. About you: - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and multitask. - Excellent time management and prioritization skills. - High attention to detail and consistency. - Computer proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Google. We’d love it if you also had: - Working knowledge of the recording music industry and distribution supply chain (physical and digital). - 2 years of music industry experience. - Project management experience. - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
