1. Monitoring John Cockerill 2025 Objectives:

As part of our dynamic team, you will:

• Collaborate monthly with workstream sponsors to track progress and actions.
• Coordinate with corporate finance to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Produce and present detailed monthly reports to the management board, highlighting any deviations and actionable insights.

2. KPI Reporting and Cost Savings Analysis:

Tasked with supporting our company's financial health, you will:

• Extract data concerning administrative costs from Digipilot and SAP systems each month.
• Develop clear Excel reports to streamline the analysis process.
• Analyze expense trends against the budget and provide comprehensive monthly reports, including detailed analysis of any deviations.

3. Executive Meeting Preparations:

Create compelling presentations that clearly communicate progress on the John Cockerill 2025 initiative to both the Management Board and other key stakeholders such as the board of directors and banks.

4. Corporate Cost Controlling for India Global Business Services:

Responsibilities will also include:

• Performing analytical reviews of costs per business/cost center.
• Controlling revenue calculations billed to Group customers.
• Reviewing and managing allocation keys between businesses.

Required Skills:

• Past finance experience in an international setting.
• Proficiency in Windows 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adept in IT, particularly BI Systems, finance analytics, controlling, P&L, and general and analytic accounting.
• Demonstrated reliability and accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and an understanding of Western business practices.
• Dynamic self-starter with the capacity to engage effectively with senior management.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a finance role, complemented by a proactive and dynamic approach. Familiarity with Western business environments is highly advantageous.
