Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cost & Revenue (C&R) Data Analytics Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role requires a deep dive into operational and financial data, crafting sophisticated financial models, and generating actionable insights through advanced data analytics. As a bridge between data and strategic decision-making, your expertise will guide upper management in identifying pivotal operational tweaks and opportunities for substantial efficacy enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert management and analysis of extensive databases related to operational expenses and local revenue.
• Development of comprehensive cost studies and predictive financial modeling.
• Regular generation and refinement of automated reports for robust cost control and strategic management engagement.
• Visualization of data insights, fostering an informed decision-making environment for top management.
• Proactive enhancement of reporting procedures through innovative analytics and alternative informational resources.
• Meticulous recording and validation of financial estimates and performance metrics.
• Advocacy and active participation in the culture of high performance, continual improvement, and innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in mathematical functions and complex numerical analysis.
• Extensive experience with advanced analytical tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or other analytics software.
• Strong aptitude for managing large data sets and conducting detailed statistical analysis.
• Excellent command over MS Office applications and robust presentation skills.
• Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration skills.
• An educational background featuring a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• A minimum of two years related professional experience in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain management.
